Appointments Include
Postural Imaging and Assessments
A picture is worth a thousand words. Using the most accurate Postural Screening Program we can see how your body "stacks up". Additional movement patterns can get recorded for progress and improvement. Gait analysis, muscle strength etc.
Myoskeletal Alignment
This unique hands on approach helps to restore function, relief pain and assist in postural muscle alignment. This is active bodywork that is gentle enough for 9-87 year old and effective for elite athletes as well as weekend warriors. Tammy also includes breathwork so scoliosis clients are having remarkable results.
Muscle Rehabilitation
All sessions include the ABC'S Alignment, Balance, Core development, Stretches and Strengtheners.
Programs and exercises are modified to each individual. Some of the office tools may be include the Schroth Bar, chair yoga, yoga, vibration plate. As a Yoga Therapist and Personal Trainer, Tammy teaches bodyweight training exercises.
