Hi, I’m Tammy — and I believe movement should feel good, powerful, and freeing.
For the last 16+ years, I’ve helped people reduce pain, restore confidence in their bodies, and move better — not through quick fixes, but through education, breathwork, alignment, and functional movement with the emphasis on “fun” to them
My passion comes from my own story.
Years ago, I lived with constant pain — fibromyalgia, joint injuries, arthritis, neuropathy — you name it. Doctors didn’t have answers beyond prescriptions and surgery with a 10% chance of reducing symptoms.
I was exhausted, frustrated, and scared that this was “just how life would be.” and I wasn’t even 40 years old yet.
But I refused to accept that.
I sought out deeper learning in mind-body connections. Shifting my own mindset from hopeless to hopeful.
I studied massage, posture and how muscles and bones work together from top experts in massage and bodywork, chiropractic, movement from yoga to dance to sports and progressed to nutrition and healing properties of the food to make cellular changes. Also considering how sleep, breathing and stress can affect our hormones enhancing perimenopause symptoms.
Transforming my foundation unlocked an active life I never imagined possible — flowing through yoga, dancing with joy, returning wallyballs (volleyballs), chasing pickleballs, keeping up with grandkids and and a passion for guiding others back to the activities they love.
